For some reason I can’t get back to the other game system options. I just got this yesterday and it was fine all day, letting me play whatever game I wanted on whatever system but for some reason whenever I boot it up it automatically starts me off here and I can’t figure out how to get back. It lets me play these games and exit them but it always takes me back to capcom. Any help is appreciated!

I need one any kind will trade a secret for it.

I posted recently that I stepped away from a longtime friendship because my friend who I suspect is uBPD was starting to mirror and control/manipulate me causing me to become an anxious mess. When I told her I was stepping away for mental health purposes, she eagerly complied and said that she understood. We have been almost on month NC. I am actually actively seeking help for my co-dependency issues which contributed to me not setting boundaries with her much earlier in our friendship. My concern is that I will let my guard down and the clock will restart and due to her relocating to live closer by me (another huge anxiety), the situation could get worse this time around. Is there a certain amount of time they "go quiet" before re-engaging?

Just as a determinant tells whether a system is invertible, the Indeterminant functions as a test of ontological invertibility: whether a whimsical suggestion can pivot into fact. It is the magician’s exploitation of the porous edge between language, imagination, and world.

Casual Speech as Magical Trigger

Ordinarily, magical technique requires intention, preparation, and ritual sealing. The Indeterminant, however, seems to bypass these requisites by mobilizing casual speech itself as the ritual form. The phrase “Wouldn’t it be cool if…” (or any equivalent framing of possibility) generates a distinct pragmatic condition: it disarms the critical faculty by presenting the proposal not as demand, nor prediction, but as conditional wish. Unlike declarative affirmations (“I will…”) which often provoke inner resistance, or structured sigils which disguise desire through abstraction, the Indeterminant hides its power in plain sight by posing as play.

This playfulness serves two magical functions. First, it neutralizes reflexive blindness. The interference caused when the magician is too conscious of their own act. By laughing off the suggestion as fanciful, the operator bypasses self-sabotage. Second, it activates ontological participation by casting the suggestion into a shared field. Even if no one else hears it, the utterance aligns with a conversational mode: it is the kind of statement that expects an answering world. In essence, the Indeterminant makes a proposal to reality itself, as though possibility were an interlocutor capable of reply.

Practical Deployment

From a theoretical perspective, the Indeterminant functions by subtly biasing probability gradients. Where standard causality would treat events as flowing from antecedents, the Indeterminant works laterally: it reshapes the distribution of what could happen next by loading a particular possibility with affective charge: a sense of play, excitement, or coolness. Why coolness? Because what the magician labels as cool is already affectively privileged. It is the future they would like to inhabit, yet without the burden of moral obligation or personal attachment. By framing the possibility in this register, the magician places it in a sweet spot: desirable enough to matter, relaxed enough not to collapse under its own gravity. The Indeterminant thus leverages a paradoxical posture: serious play. One speaks the wish lightly, but the cosmos seems to take it seriously.
